Founded by Entrepreneur, Investor and Home Builder - Ronald Rhead - Rhead Inspection Services Inc has been serving the Greater Snake River Valley since 1992. Rhead Inspections is the oldest inspection company in Eastern Idaho and consequently we have extensive knowledge of the regions codes, regulations and unique building styles. Our inspectors not only have strong backgrounds in construction but are also required to receive training from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and other national institutions.

ron rhead - owner
Ron Rhead is the owner and Founder of Rhead Inspection Services. He has had years of experience in the home building industry and has been licensed for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. As an instructor at the local community college, Ron loves to teach and has spoken at several conferences and seminars covering topics ranging from investing with Roth-IRAs to hydroponic greenhouse systems. When not out doing inspections he enjoys gardening and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Alex Ashby - Inspector
Alex Ashby is an Inspector and the IT Administrator for Rhead Inspections. Alex worked in commercial construction for almost a decade and is also a part-time Firefighter for the City of Rexburg. He has a Bachelor of Arts and worked with several cleaning and restoration companies to put himself through college doing reconstruction and disaster mitigation. Alex also helps with the company marketing and enjoys various hobbies in his free time which include hunting, cooking and photography.
Cathy Davis - Office assistant
Cathy Davis is the Office Extraordinaire at Rhead Inspections and help to manage and coordinate the day to day affairs of the business. She has an extensive bookkeeping background, is and experienced office manager and is very detail oriented and started with Rhead Inspections in October 2018. In here free time she enjoys raising her chickens and other animals as well as spending time with her sons.
